My experience with Advanced Automotive Service Center was exceptional!! I called to inquire about getting a 60,000 mile inspection on my 1995 Honda Del Sol. John answered the phone and was willing to literally read every detail of Honda's suggested recommendations for the inspection. Keep in mind, this was my first call ever to Advanced Automotive and I had not even suggested that I would even bring my car in to them. Of course, I decided to make an appointment to bring in my car. Upon arriving at the shop, John and his team inspected my car and advised of suggested repairs...etc. They even walked me around the car, with the car on lifts and showed me what work needed to be done and and why. I felt absolutely no pressure from him or his team to have the repairs done there. They simply presented the facts, showed me the evidence, presented a proposal, and then allowed me to decide on how I wanted to proceed. During the repairs, they kept me updated with pictures and their progress. The repairs went great!!! I picked up my car and gladly paid for the service I received. A few days later, I got a text from John, asking if all was good with the car and if I experienced any issues with the repairs. Man, I thought, what a great show of service to text me a few days later to see if I were still fully satisfied with the completed repairs. If I could give "10" stars, for the service I received, I would. Instead, I'm recommending Advanced Automotive Service Center to my friends, family, and anyone who needs to have any car repairs done-- Check with Advanced Automotive Service Center first!! Thank you Automotive Service Center for the great service you extended to me. I will be back for more car repairs in the future, count on i!!!
