My car wouldn’t start at a near by business so I walked over to Advanced Automotive. Chris got my car started and installed a new battery right away! Professional and informative. I will definitely return for all my needs.

We had an Issue with our Toyota Highlander on July 23, 2020 which stalled in a high traffic area. Yes, we called a tow truck, but after getting a jump start we had more problems the next day. I made an appointment for Monday July 27th with advance automotive. They were very detail oriented. John and Chris were very professional. They fixed my SUV problem the same day. The next day my wife noticed that using the air conditioning sometimes caused the car to stall. I immediately called Chris and he asked me to bring the car back. They inspected the vehicle the same day. Yes our car issue was electrical, battery (which was only a few months old and purchased elsewhere) and alternator. John told me that he will get the battery warranty from GM... according to his statement "he is trying to get credit from GM". We are sure he will get credit for our new battery which he installed in our vehicle from GM. We appreciate the additional efforts they are making to get credit for the old battery that was still under warranty. We are very happy with the professionalism and great customer service. We will update our review next month about the status of our SUV function and the battery refund from GM to this shop. Customer Mo

this Automotive Service Center is blessed,..went there on monday with with my Ford-e 350 Club Wagon,...I did have some long time on going fuel tank filling dificulties,...they did find the issue and they did fix it right on the spot,....simple,quick,clean with no ifs,buts or ands,....if you all looking for somebody that you can trust weather get a dog or go to this great place of bussines. 2014 Jetta had the clutch stop working when my wife was out on the highway. We had it towed to Advanced Car Care Center. The guys looked it over and could find nothing wrong. They pulled the pedal out and it seemed to be fine. They even drove the care several miles to be sure. We picked it up and John just said something must have stuck but it was loosened. IF we had any further problems he said to call. They charged us nothing for the trouble. These guys are high integrity and a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be using them in the future as I just moved to Florida, A good and honest mechanic is highly valued!
